User 1: I give this printer a 4 star rating because it is very good but a little slower than the 600 in my opinion. Yes, it is easy to set up and also easy to use. However, I expected it to be a better version of the previous model which I already owned (the 600). The truth is that the previous version handles laser print quality faster. I don’t know why they reduced the speed.
Based on extensive comparison of the two units, the only difference between both is that the 610 uses less power on standby mode and the fact that it can be recycled.
Now to this printers good points (Without comparing it to its sibling)…
*It is easy to set up. You can use a computer or do it straight from the LCD screen.
*It’s wireless and that means convenience considering that you can print or fax from anywhere within range without having to mess around with wires. The added advantage is that every computer in the house can easily use it.
*You can easily scan your documents to PDF or JPG files on a memory card without have to stand there and tend this. You can easily have paperless filing without all the usual hassles.
*It’s a good thing that you can alter settings directly on the printer without having to connect to a system.
*The ink catridges can be changed individually and have a good indicator to show you when you need to.
*For those who might NOT want to use the wifi option, you have the ethernet or USB options too.
*Delivers very good prints and photos.
Here are things I think could be better…
*Slower speed than its predecessor — Won’t be a problem if you don’t print much, though, and is still faster than most printers out there (I guess I can’t help comparing it with its predecessor)
*No duplex printing. You have to turn your documents manually to print on the reverse side. Worse still, you can’t do this if you are running a Mac.
*You can’t refill the ink catridges and they are expensive.
My final thoughts: If yours is a home office or a small office, this will work fine for you. You’ll find it hard to get a better all-in-one printer at this price.

Epson WorkForce 610 Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer
User 2: I give this all-in-one a five star rating because it’s the best one I have used so far (And I have owned quite a number Dell and HP all-in-ones). It’s easy to set up even if it does take some time. The scanner and auto-document feeder are superior to what I have experienced with my other printers.
Definitely, this was designed for lighter use so it will serve you well if you know you are NOT going to subject it to heavy-duty use. Everything has worked fine so far — It is the best printer I have bought so far.

Before you buy the Epson WorkForce 600 Wireless All-in-One Printer, find out what current users have to say about it by watching/reading the following reviews (For product description, specs, features and price, click any link within this post)…
User 1: This printer gets a five star rating from me since it’s simply a fantastic machine. Out of the box, I was impressed. You will get a feel of a well-made product just by touching them. Set up is so easy and intuitive that even a total technogical dummy wouldn’t have a problems setting it up. Here are things I love about this all-in-one printer…
*It is very easy to set up.
*Every computer in the network can print directly to the printer instead of going through a base computer. This is something you’ll appreciate if you’ve had to go through the unnecessary hassle of making sure the base computer is always on so other systems on the network can print through it.
*It is as fast as or even faster than most wired printers. My initial expectation was that a wireless printer shouldn’t be as fast a one that was wired — This one proved me wrong.
*High quality print whether it’s color or black and white.
*Comes complete with full catridges, phone line for fax set up and ethernet cable for wireless set up out of the the box so you get start using it right away.
*A high quality flip-out interface with secure buttons and a large, clear, bright, high resolution screen.
On the negative note, I would have preferred if the screen were touch-controlled. I believe this would have made things easier than the current arrows and OK button. However, that’s definitely NOT a serious issue and considering what I paid for it, I can’t really complain. If you are looking for a very capable, complete, easy-to-use all-in-one printer, this is a unit you should really place top on your list.

Epson WorkForce 600 Wireless All-in-One Printer
User 2: This is an awesome all-in-one unit. One thing I love very much about it is that you can scan documents without a PC. All you have to do to enjoy this feature is load your document into the feeder, insert your flash memory card and select scan to memory. It does everything for you thereafter and stores your document on the flash memory either in PDF or JPEG. Here are other things I love about this printer…
*It has a file server which makes this all-in-one a network attached storage device.
*You can easily share files over your network by simply dragging and dropping them where you want.
*Delivers crisp and clean scans.
*Does its basic job (printing) well and fast.
If you are NOT a heavy-duty user and want an all-in-one that is loaded with useful features, this one is highly recommended by me.

User 1: I give this all-in-one printer a five star rating. Let me give you a breakdown of my observations based on use…
*Connecting the wireless is very easy. Installing bonus software too was easy. In fact, the way it filled the blanks with my details left me wondering how it got my them since this was my first Epson product.
*It has a document feeder that disappears when it flip it closed thus making it a lot easier for you to dust the surface. It is visually appealing.
*You can carry it easily thanks to the indentations the manufacturers added on the bottom sides to achieve this.
*You get full ink cartridges. I personally don’t like the idea of having to spend an extra $50 for ink so this is a good thing.
*The memory card should have had a sort of cover to protect it from accumulating dust. The same also applies to the paper tray.
*Fast printer and scanner. Delivers good quality print for an all-in-one.
*Scanner warm up is short and turns off the bulb once scan is complete. This saves power
*The printing software is easy and basic which means you are very limited in editing capabilities.
*It doesn’t have duplex printing with the automatic document feeder.
Considering the price this one sell at, I really can’t complain about its performance and features. If you give serious consideration to the high points and low ones, you’ll agree with me that, overall, it is a good all-in-one unit.

Epson WorkForce 630 Color Inkjet All-in-One
User 2: I consider this unit to be of average quality. Setup and installation were both easy. You can either use the control panel or your PC. The software it came with was NOT stellar (Like I have come to observe with hardware manufacturers). Here are other things I noticed…
*Does everything you’d expect from a regular scanner plus it has an auto feed feature. It doesn’t have slide scanning which is a disappointment to me.
*Pretty fast printing even though the print quality is average quality. Don’t expect top quality prints on photos either.
*You have easy network connection whether you want to go with wires or wireless.
*It comes at a good price.
*The print head runner and gears are plastic I don’t think this is good for durability.
*I consider software to be quite poor.
User 3: I consider this all-in-one to be excellent and so give it a five star rating. For those who might be looking for top quality printing for photos, you shouldn’t be talking of buying an all-in-one. You should be buying a photo printer. If you understand what this product is meant to deliver then you’ll appreciate it instead of comparing it to products that are meant to achieve different results and come at far higher prices.
My experience with it so far is that it works quietly, is easy to set up and use plus it delivers good quality prints for an all-in-one that sells for about $80 (How can anyone compare its print quality with photo printers that cost over $300?). This should handle all your regular printing jobs well. When I want to print photos, I go to a photo center. This is a very good all-in-one unit and comes highly recommended by me.

Epson WorkForce 520 Color Ink Jet All-in-One — User Reviews
Before you buy the Epson WorkForce 520 Color Ink Jet All-in-One, find out what current users have to say about it in the following reviews (For product description, specs, features and price, click any link within this post)…
User 1: This is a printer that works very well and is definitely worth the price. Yes, there are a few glitches but, overall, it’s a nice all-in-one. Here are the good points (The bad ones comes later)…
This printer delivers top quality prints always. So if you are very concerned about getting top quality prints, this is for you. If you want to be blown away, try printing on glossy — It exceptionally good. The other good thing about this printer is that it does it work fast. You won’t have to wait to get your prints. The scanner does an excellent job too and, of course, the print too is exceptionally good.
But what are the few issues I’ve had with it? It’s a bit noisy. If you want a perfectly quiet machine, this isn’t for you. The other difficult I had initially was inserting paper in the rear.
Overall, if I had to buy an all-in-one all over again, I will definitely buy this again. Now take note that this isn’t my first all-in-one printer. I owned an HP before this and this one simply blows it away.

Epson WorkForce 520 Color Ink Jet All-in-One
User 2: If you have a small office then this is definitely a very good machine for you. It comes loaded with all the features and tools you’ll need to work in your office. It prints fast and holds as many as 100 sheets of paper at once. This might NOT be sufficient for a large office but it will be more than enough if it is a home office.
It does justice to graphics printing but definitely NOT at the level of a dedicated photo printer (It would be wrong to even have such an expectation) but it does a very good printing job all the same. The scans are fast, accurate and clear. The copier too is good. Although you may NOT need the fax feature, it works well in case the need ever arises.
It gives you a lot of options when it comes to connections: USB, Ethernet and Wifi. For those who don’t need wifi, the Epson Workforce 310 would be a cheaper all-in-one for your needs.
However, I have some issues with it: Although it comes with double black ink catridges (which should have been a pro), it won’t print if one of them is empty thus making that a useless and expensive feature. Why should I maintain two black catridges if I can’t work on just one alone? Another issue is that it’s NOT the cheapest ink out there especially when compared to all-in-one printers like the Kodad ESP 5250.
So what do I think about it overall? I think it’s a good printer for a NOT-so-busy office. It does its work quite well and comes at a good price. I recommend it.

Epson WorkForce 325 Color Inkjet All-in-One — Indepth Reviews
Before you buy the Epson WorkForce 325 Color Inkjet All-in-One, find out very important points and issues about it by reading the following reviews (For product description, specs, features and price, click any link within this post)…
User 1: I consider this to be a very high-maintenance all-in-on printer and so I’d strongly advise you to go for more economical options (Note, I am NOT talking about the selling price, I am talking about the cost of running it). You will have to spend a large sum on ink if you plan to do a lot of printing with it. Here’s what I found out when I did a research based on the average cost between printing 1000 pages (Using the average yield/ink cost for color plus black and white pages)…
If you opt for the Workforce 325, you should be prepared to spend $83.9 on the average. Now let’s see what you’d have to pay for other Epson all-in-one printers…
Epson WorkForce 840 Color Ink Jet Wireless All-in-One with Fax, Epson WorkForce 635 All-in-One Printer, Epson WorkForce 630 All-in-One Printer, Epson Stylus NX625 All-in-One Printer all average $43.8 per 1000 prints (These printers have the same averages because the use the same catridges: 127. This means that the 325 would cost you $40.10 more for every 1000 copies you make.
That’s NOT all, now let’s check what a random selection of all-in-one printers from different manufacturers deliver as yield…
HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer, costs just $31.50 for the same number of copies while Brother MFC-6890CDW, MFC-6490CW and MFC-5895cw all have an average cost of $32.20. Check by yourself and see if it’s really worth it on the long run.

User 2: I consider this printer to be top class for the price. It replaced a HP PSC1200 and it is superior to that HP in every way. Here are things I think you should take away from my experience with it…
*The Workforce 325 is very easy to install. You don’t have to battle with worthless add-on programs like you get with some manufacturers.
*It has good support for Mac OSX.
*You can choose to print in black and white in the color management mode and be sure that it won’t switch back without your intervention. This is very important if you don’t want to use your color catridge for any task. Just save it as a printer preset and it’s done.
*It’s quite fast for a low-cost inkjet. This is based on my experience (Just note that all I usually print are in black and white).
*I don’t ever have to worry about the paper feeder grabbing two sheets at a time.
These are the good points. There are a few bad points too: Compared to my old printer, which made quite a noise, this one makes even more noise. Another issue I had was that Wifi doesn’t work from OSX.
All in all, I’d consider this to be a good printer. However, it does NOT get a five star rating from me. I’ll give it four stars for the few shortcomings I pointed out.
